Ingredienti:
170 gr farina di cocco
170 gr farina di cocco
40 gr farina 00
200 gr di zucchero
2 uova
1 pizzico di sale
Procedimento:
Mettere in un mixer assieme zucchero, farina di cocco,
farina 00, uova, un pizzico di sale e impastare. Mettere l’impasto sul tavolo e
aggiungere ancora un poco di farina per
rassodare l’impasto e lavorarlo con le mani lasciandolo alla fine morbido.
Cospargere con un poco di farina il tavolo e fare delle palline rotonde tenendo
le mani leggermente unte di olio di semi.
Porre le palline su carta forno ed infornare a 170 – 180°
per 12 minuti.
Spolverizzare con zucchero a velo dopo sfornate.

- Directions:
1. Put the sugar, coconut flour, 00 flour, eggs and the pinch of salt into the mixer, and knead them.
2. Put the dough on the table and add a little flour to firm it, then knead it with your hands, leaving it soft.
3. Sprinkle the table with a little flour and make little round balls, keeping your hands slightly oiled (use the oilseed).
4. Put the balls on the baking paper and bake them at 170 - 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
5. After taking them out of the oven, sprinkle them with icing sugar.
